Ive been working out for about 2 weeks now and I've already lost about 6kgs and can lift 3 times more weight.
But I still cant run for balls, I think I give it up, my flat footed-ness really hurts my shins and ankles. Pretty excited to join the gym, it will give me a good chance to see my friends I dont see that often. Then next step Tattoos!
Also if I ever say the word “aesthetic” when desribing my self, shoot me and terminate my gym membership.
